You can pay your bills by the following methods:
This method is only applicable to payment of water bill, it is not applicable to water deposit or other deposit. Water bill will only be debited against your bank account on the payment due date. You may set a limit for each payment.
You can visit any participating bank and register your account for auto-debit. Since the processing of auto-debit will take some time, please continue to pay your water bill until your water bill shows that payment by auto-debit is initiated.
As at today, only Maybank Berhad has this facility for water bill payment. Please visit any branches of MayBank Berhad for auto-debit facility.
Please note that when you terminate your account, you should terminate the auto-debit authorization to your bank in writing.
Please click on the below banks for online payment:
You may want to pay your water bill or water deposit by using an Automatic Teller Machine (ATM) and get the receipt at the same time. ATM card holders may contact their banks for more detail.
You may send in cheques made payable to “Perbadanan Bekalan Air Pulau Pinang Sdn. Bhd.” by post to:

together with original water bill. Please note that a receipt will be issued. Please do not send cash or post-dated cheques.
